THE VIRTUAL PRO FOR SPECIALIST RETAILERS

Your team’s
expertise.
Online, too.

Your people know what a product page can’t say. Walz uses AI to bring that knowledge into the online conversation — and help customers take a clearer next step.

A FOCUSED FIRST STEP

Start with one department.
Build from what you know.

You don’t need to digitise the entire shop before beginning. A focused pilot makes room to learn, review and improve.

01

Listen to your specialists.

Capture the questions they ask, the advice they give and the details customers tend to miss.

02

Review it with your team.

Check the content together. Agree what the virtual pro can explain — and what must stay with a person.

03

Try it on your own site.

Scope a small integration, test real customer journeys, and use the findings to shape the next step.

No need to photograph every item to get started.

YOUR SHOP STAYS YOURS

Your website. Your identity.

The virtual pro should feel at home in your shop, with a recognisable Powered by Walz signature. The first pilot integration is being planned for PrestaShop; today’s working demo runs on Shopify.

A portable installer is not available yet. Each pilot needs its own technical and knowledge review.

A few good questions.

Does Walz replace our team?

The aim is to extend your advice online. Some customers need a shortlist; others need a fitting or a conversation in store. Those are both useful next steps. The demo does not send messages to staff or book appointments.

Where does the advice come from?

The proposed pilot combines product information with knowledge captured and reviewed with your team. The current independent demo uses sourced product references and demonstration guidance; it does not contain approved knowledge from a real shop.

Does it know what is in stock?

The current demo does not have live inventory. Stock, special orders, prices and exact compatibility must be confirmed. A real pilot would define which information is connected and how it stays current.

Do we need to change e-commerce platform?

The product direction is to work with your existing shop. PrestaShop is the first planned integration. The Shopify demo illustrates the experience; it is not a requirement to migrate.
